Where are you located?

We do not have a store front location. We are solely an online storefront that also participants in pop-up events.Follow IG for updates on pop-up events

Are items refundable?

All items are final sales. If there is an issue with your order in regards to size or fit, please reach out to resolve. Buyer will be required for expenses. However, items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment is not refundable. Please see shipping policy. 

Are items handmade?

Yes! Sterling Silver and beaded jewelry is handmade and made to order. We are family operated, items are created and handmade by myself and my husband. We are from the Navajo Nation. We will also provide information in the content of the items to provide transparency. All jewelry items are made in the U.S.A.

Why is my item taking forever?

This could be due to the shipping carrier as shipping delays are possible. The holiday season can effect the shipping timeline. A tracking number is provided so please track your order. Items are handmade, made to order and our processing time can be from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the item. Print on demand orders can range from 5-12 business days. We strive to ship as soon as possible.

What if my item is lost, late, or stolen during shipping

Once the package is dropped off at the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the item. A tracking number is provided for each purchase, therefore it is the buyers responsibility to track shipment or file a claim with the carrier. 

What if my address is incorrect and was shipped to the wrong location, Can I get a refund?

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided within 24hours and if the item ships before notification, a refund will not be issued. The buyer will need to track their own package with the tracking information provided. The buyer can email or contact us thru social media to ensure the address is corrected within 24 hours of purchase.

Item isn't available on the website

If an item is not available on the website, it has either sold out or we no longer have the item. All our items are made to order. If there is an item you wanted you can always email us to inquire.

Do you make custom items?

Yes! We are always open to custom items. Send us an email for quote. 

Do you design your items?

Yes! All graphic items are designed with graphic software. All jewelry items are designed and made in house by us. 

Do you print your own t-shirt items?

I do my best to print my own items however there are times that a drop shipping company is utilized like PRINTFY to meet order demands for printing only. 

Do you embroider your own items?

Yes! I create and utilize a multi-needle machine to embroider items and  made to order. 

Are you Native American?

Yes! Navajo Nation and all items are authentic Navajo handmade. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Can we purchase in-person?

Yes! We advertise pop-up events where you can purchase in person. Events are sporadic so its best to follow us on social media for the latest information.
